Become a conference supporter and help bring together conservation districts, partners, producers, land stewards, and leaders from across Arizona.

Conference Supporters

This year we’ve made some updates to our Support Incentives! Please read carefully before making your decision!

All conference supporters will be listed on the AACD website, in the quarterly magazine, and on conference materials. Conference materials include table displays, poster display at registration, and slideshow in the general session room.

To ensure your logo is included in all applicable conference materials, please submit your support registration by July 5.

Supporter Levels

Click the + next to each level to view the full list of supporter benefits. This year’s Support Incentives have been updated, so please review each level carefully before making your selection.

  • Everything under “PLATINUM” + special recognition by AACD President Tim Grandy during the Luncheon Award Ceremony.

    • Trade show table with prime spots reserved.

    • Registration and Conference branded BrüMate (or similar) for up to four people.

    • "Conservation in Action" Slot –Short talk or demo (5 mins) related to your products/services/organization during the conference.

    • “Get to Know You” Social Media Video Short – AACD’s Multimedia Manager will visit with you and shoot a brief video where you will get to talk about your company/organization and how you/your product/organization supports conservation efforts and Arizona’s producers. This video will be shared via AACD’s social media platforms and made available on our “Conservation Supporters” webpage. 

    • "Featured Sponsor Spotlight" in News & Update email blast – Six opportunities in a one-year period (Sept 1-Aug 31) to have your company/organization highlighted in our monthly News & Update email blast with a static ad (provided by you).

    • Trade show table.

    • Registration and Conference branded BrüMate (or similar) for up to three people.

    • “Social Media Shout Out” – We will give you four "shoutouts” on our social media platforms throughout the year (i.e., once/quarter). This may be in the form of a reel, story, etc.

    • "Featured Sponsor Spotlight" in News & Update email blast – Three opportunities in a one-year period (Sept 1-Aug 31) to have your company/organization highlighted in our News & Update email blast with a static ad (provided by you).

    • Trade show table.

    • Registration and Conference branded BrüMate (or similar) for up to two people.

    • "Featured Sponsor Spotlight" in News & Update email blast – Three opportunities in a one-year period (Sept 1-Aug 31) to have your company/organization highlighted in our monthly News & Update email blast with a static ad (provided by you).
